“Connected to Good” is a mixture of verses (as spoken word) and sung chorus. In this piece poetry meets song. I wrote it when I was having some bad days (don’t we all?) and I needed to remind myself that no matter how bad it seems, holding on to what is goodness helps to change to a positive mindset and gets us through.
